Eileen Hall began her law career in 1976 upon joining the Dallas firm of Johnson, Bromberg & Leeds. Practicing in its corporate, real estate, and commercial law sections, she became the firm's first female partner - and one of the first women in Dallas to become a partner in a major law firm. Her success ultimately led to the establishment of Hall & Green LLP.

Eileen has built her reputation on crafting innovative legal solutions in a broad spectrum of business transactions - including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and complex commercial contracts - and in family matters as diverse as child custody disputes and separate property tracing challenges.

Although business lawyers often do not practice family law, and family lawyers often do not practice business law, Eileen effectively blends the two. Applying business law skills to family law cases is one of her greatest strengths. She is highly effective in representing divorce clients with extensive estates. She is equally proficient in representing owners of significant business assets and operations.

Eileen's practice style varies depending on the circumstances. She is skilled at negotiating transactions and settlements and at mediating disputes. Most recently she has represented clients in collaborative cases, utilizing an exciting new area of law that treats disputes as problems to be solved rather than contests to be won. When less contentious methods of practice prove unsatisfactory, Eileen has a record of vigorously representing the interests of her clients in the courtroom.

In addition to her law practice, Eileen is active in community organizations. She has served as a Board member and President of both the Greater Dallas Community of Churches and the Pastoral Counseling and Education Center.

Eileen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of New Mexico in 1971. She received her law degree, with high honors, from Texas Tech University in 1976. While at Texas Tech, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and was also selected as a member of the honorary law society, Order of the Coif.

A member of the State Bar of Texas, Eileen is specifically affiliated with its Family Law, Business Law, and Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law sections. In addition, she holds memberships in the Family Law and Collaborative Law sections of the Dallas Bar Association. She is also a member of the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas, the Texas Collaborative Law Council, and The Civil Collaborative Practice Group.
