Hall & Green LLP represents individuals and commercial clients in bankruptcy proceedings. The firm's partners have represented creditors, debtors, trustees, and creditor committees in proceedings involving Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. H&G partners have litigated adversary and contested bankruptcy matters in Bankruptcy Courts and in appeals to the United States District Courts and to the Circuit Courts of Appeals. These proceedings have been in various divisions of the Northern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas.

In addition, H&G routinely consults with business and commercial clients regarding creditors' rights available to protect them from the insolvency and bankruptcy of others. Likewise, the H&G partners consult with individuals and businesses in financial distress in an effort to aid them in avoiding bankruptcy or, if necessary, to maximize planning necessary should bankruptcy become inevitable.
